Yokohama

Yokohama is the capital of Kanagawa Prefecture and Japan's second-most populous city, located on Tokyo Bay just south of central Tokyo. The city is recognized as the birthplace of iekei ramen, a tonkotsu-shoyu style created in 1974, and hosts the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum, a food attraction that opened in 1994.
